Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging; please note that products must be at least 80% full to be eligible for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
